At the January 29, 2024 Town Council meeting, Kingsville finalized the allocation of Community Grant Funds (CGF) after reviewing the recommendations submitted previously by the Committee of the Whole.  The approved funding envelope based the 2024 municipal budget is $55,000.

Community Grant Funds are available each year to registered charitable organizations; registered non-profit organizations; and, volunteer groups.

Organizations seeking grants must provide services that fall into one of the funding categories including: Social and Community Services; Seniors or Youth; Historical, Arts and Cultural Events or Organizations; Fundraisers for Municipal Projects; Community Beautification and Protection/Preservation of the Environment; or, event sponsorship.

Kingsville awards cash grants up to a maximum of $10,000 for start-up costs for new programs; special events; or, capital projects.

Shown here is the list of applicants for the 2024 Kingsville CGF, as well as those approved and denied.

Grants are paid to recipients within 30 days of approval.  Successful applications will be required to complete a Kingsville CG Attestation Report by December 31st of the year the grant was awarded.

Eligible organizations that wish to apply for 2025 funding must do so by November 30, 2024.
