The Mobile Medical Support Clinic (MMS) is coming soon to Migration Hall at 170 Main Street East in Kingsville.

Mobile Medical Support (MMS) will be available on December 2 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and December 3 from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. providing a variety of health and wellness supports.

Both the COVID-19 vaccine and flu shot will be available.

MMS is a community liaison team of healthcare professionals whose goal is to help navigate clients in need by providing health assessments, follow-up care, assistance with forms and referrals to care. The mobile clinic runs through the Windsor-Essex Ontario Health Team (WEOHT) and provides various supports including mental health and addiction and dental.

Ontario Health Teams are a new model of integrated care delivery that will enable patients, families, communities, providers and system leaders to work together, innovate, and build on what is best in Ontario’s health care system.
