Kingsville Public School Delivers A ‘Thriller’ Of A Halloween Event

For the past 15 years, on Halloween, Kingsville Public School’s Grade 8 students have taken to the stage to perform Michael Jackson’s iconic “Thriller.” This year was no exception as the students delivered a fantastic performance that delighted both the student body and some of their attending family members.

A big “thank you” is extended to Mme Quick who has, year after year, worked tirelessly with the students to ensure the success of this spooky spectacle.

Students were on their feet, dancing and singing with the performances.

On a day when shocks and unnatural events are to be expected, the students themselves were in for an unexpected treat. As their performance drew to a close, the entire school staff took centre stage and delivered a high-energy rendition of YMCA.

Needless to say, the crowd went wild!

This year marked the last time the play would be staged at the school’s Water Street location.

This coming fall, KPS students will be relocating to the new super school on Jasperson Lane, where they’ll undoubtedly create new memories. However, one thing is certain — the students of KPS will never forget Halloween on Water Street.
