Harrow: 2:15pm: All of the primary circuits in Harrow are back up except for Erie St. Majority of the town should be restored.

Kingsville, 1:30pm: E.L.K. is working with Hydro One to restore outstanding primary circuit issues. Once that is complete, we will be able to pick up the majority of the customers still without power. ETR remains late afternoon to early evening.
