A student immunization and record review clinic will be hosted by Windsor-Essex County Health Unit on February 17th, 2023. This clinic is for students in JK-Grade 8 who received a suspension order from the Health Unit.

Nurses will be on hand to review and update student immunization records. They will show you how to access immunization information online. Language assistance will be available.

You’ll need to bring along the letter from the Windsor-Essex Health Unit and all immunization records.

Walk-ins will be accepted only for the updating of records. For immunization, you must have an appointment, and space for this is limited.
