Cold Crab Dip
This amazing classic Cold Crab Dip is a favourite appetizer. It’s easy to create fresh, delicious homemade flavour with simple ingredients.
You’ll find that this dish is perfect for summertime entertaining.
1 package of fresh crab meat
1 shallots, finely sliced
1-2 tsp lemon zest
1-2 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp plain yogurt
Sea salt & cracked black pepper
Cucumber, thin slices
Radishes, thinly sliced
Fennel microgreens @ortalizafarms
- In a bowl combine shredded crab meat, shallots, lemon zest, lemon juice and yogurt.
- Stir to combine.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and place in the fridge to chill.
- Prepare all garnish ingredients to be ready for plating.
- Serve with crackers.
- Top with fennel microgreens.
