After a long wait, the winners of the 7th Annual Best of Windsor Essex Awards were finally announced yesterday and Kingsville businesses came in strong!  Among the winners this year are Pelee Island Winery, Jack’s Gastropub, Walnut Grove Bed & Breakfast, Leisure Lake RV Resort, Dairy Freez, Kingsville Golf & Country Club, Cindy’s Home & Garden and The Grove Hotel, to name a few.

Point Pelee National Park raked in awards across multiple categories. John R. Park Homestead and Colasanti’s won for Best Attractions – Historical and Family Friendly.

A hearty congratulations goes out to the Kingsville BIA. Kingsville was voted the Best Shopping District in the County!

The goal of the Best of Windsor Essex Awards is to help create an authentic list of where locals love to go and visit, that can be used by visitors as inspiration for travel planning.

Winners were announced during a broadcast media event on Facebook and YouTube. Each winner will receive a commemorative plaque, a letter of congratulations and bragging rights, included in the 2022/2023 Official Visitor Guide. The Guide is to be released this May, and branding at bestofwindsoressex.ca.
