The Ontario Purple Martin Association will hold its first meeting of 2026 on Saturday, March 21 at 9:00 a.m.

The public is welcome.

The meeting will take place at Colasanti’s Tropical Gardens, 1550 Road 3 East in Ruthven.

We are anxiously awaiting our favourite birds.

Our speaker will discuss the effects of the Great Lakes water quality on the surrounding environment.  There will be lots of information available to help attract purple martins to your area.
