All writers welcome!

Come out and join this writers’ group, and enjoy some quiet writing time on your own.

You’ll also find opportunities to brainstorm with other writers in this group dealing with thorny problems.

Worried whether or not you qualify as a writer? If you write, you qualify!

If you’re published or “pre-published,” if you’re a novelist, poet, or memorist, we are happy to welcome you.

DIY Potted Pollinator Garden & Bee Motel

Saturday, June 15 at 11:00 a.m.
Ages: Children with caregiver, adults, families
Registration required

Our Kingsville Branch is kickstarting Pollinator Week with our yearly planter program.

Bees and butterflies need our help. Let’s protect and feed our little friends. Together we can make a difference!

To feed our friends each family will receive:
1 pot, potting soil and either a swamp milkweed or butterfly weed plant.

We will be building a Bee Motel that will give Mason Bees a place to lay their eggs and rest. There will also be Nasturtium seeds to add to your planter.

All the supplies have been donated and grown by members of our fantastic community.

Al Batke from Kingsville Horticultural Society donated the soil. Ruthven & Kingsville Gardening Friends

Register for the program online here or call the Kingsville branch at 226-946-1529 ext 445.
