Where’s Neptune? (Water Meter Project Update May 2, 2024)

Kingsville’s Water Meter Upgrade project continues and all areas of Kingsville are now open. Residents receiving their booking instructions in the mail should follow the steps outlined in their letter.

Neptune is only booking appointments for meters located inside the home. However, you may see Neptune Technicians near your property performing this work if there is a pit meter outside your property. Every authorized Neptune technician carries identification, including name, picture, and ID number, and is uniformed.

With the implementation of Automated Metering Infrastructure, we’ll see several benefits, including improved operational efficiency, revenue protection, enhanced customer service, and a better distribution system performance. There are also societal and environmental benefits.
