At its June 12, 2023 meeting, Council:
- Approved the Part Lot Control Exemption for Branco Estates subject to County approval
- Approved the zoning by-law amendment and consent to sever 217 County Road 27 subject to conditions
- Approved the zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision for 150 Heritage Road, subject to County approval, permitting:
- Semi-detached dwelling units
- Reduce rear yard setback from 7.5 m (25 ft) to 6 m (19.7 ft)
- Reduce exterior side yard setback from 4.5 m (15 ft) to 1.5 m (5 ft)
