Rotary Club of Kingsville Southshore’s 4th Annual Golf Tournament Reaps Benefits for Our Community and Beyond

Twenty-two teams of golfers came together on Monday, May 29th for a full day of fun, laughter and healthy competition! The Rotary Club of Kingsville Southshore was thrilled to host its fourth annual golf tournament at the Kingsville Golf & Country Club.

Much appreciation to all who helped make this a success. Kudos to our volunteers and the staff at Kingsville Golf & Country Club. We want to express our thanks to our community businesses for the silent auction items, and the sponsors.

And of course, we can’t forget the golfers. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Through the funds raised, we continue to put into action Rotary’s goal to help our community and beyond. Locally, you’ll see us at the Kingsville Community Food Bank volunteering to help those in need.

We’re excited to have partnered with the town for water stations that have already been installed and you may notice garbage containers on the greenway with our logo on them. Further, two students receive annual scholarships to help them along in their post-secondary journey.

We organized the community clean up, collecting 1,960 lbs of garbage. Soon, we will be making beds for children and families with other local Rotary clubs.
