Hello, my name is Balto. I am a young Husky and am SO pumped for my new household. I am a super sweet boy, and love everything there is to love about life. I am bouncy, goofy, and have one heck of a personality!

I do have some power behind me on leash, but I just want to explore so much of this wonderful world, I sometimes forget you’re on the other end of the leash. But I love my people dearly, and love to please. So I’m down to work on any training if you’re willing to teach me.

I have a history of eating things that I really shouldn’t. It’s landed me in the vet a couple times, with a really upset tummy. I need a household that is understanding of this and will put in the proper measures to prevent this habit that I have. But I feel like as long as my needs are met and you don’t leave lots of tempting things out, I will do well in the home with some direction.

I love having fun in life, and I especially love my people. I am a big, thick boiiii but it just means more of me to love and cuddle with (and I LOVE cuddle sessions).

Strays on Streetcorners is coming up fast!

June 1-3
Our volunteers will take to the streets of Windsor and Essex County to collect donations and hand out our Woofstreet Journal to drivers at major intersections around the county.

The success of this campaign is directly related to the number of people we have collecting, so put together a team of friends, family or coworkers and join the fun!
