Easter hopped on in during April this year. Perhaps you and yours had fun with celebrations. Or maybe you felt pressed by the prospect of providing special foods and treats for your family. Is your supply of funds smaller than the pile of responsibilities you’re facing?
If this describes you or someone you know, turn your gaze toward the Kingsville Community Food Bank.
The Food Bank is always ready to help people in need. We appreciate the devotion of the Food Bank volunteers, and we are thankful for those who give so generously in our community.
Here’s a list of items that the Food Bank is looking for in April:
From the Food Bank’s Facebook page:
“The Kingsville Community Food Bank proudly serves Kingsville residents who may be experiencing food vulnerability. We offer perishable and non-perishable items as well as personal hygiene items to those who need a helping hand.”
The Food Bank also welcomes products for babies, pet supplies, laundry and dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, tampons, and more. They’re always looking for empty margarine tubs and jars with lids for dish and laundry soaps poured from large containers. If you can help, the Food Bank would love to hear from you!
The Food Bank is located at 18 Division Street North in Kingsville across the street from RBC Bank. You can also use their drop box inside Zehrs.
