TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Kingsville will be  considering a new Site Plan Control By-law under Section 41 of the Planning Act which would replace the existing site plan control By-law 128-2015 and applies to the entire  geographical area of the municipality.

Where: Town of Kingsville Municipal Office (Council Chambers), 2021 Division Road North
Time: 6:00 pm

Purpose

The purpose of this new by-law is to incorporate recent legislative changes to the Planning Act in Kingsville’s local Site Plan Control By-law. A copy of the proposed new Site Plan Control By-law will be available for review at the Town of Kingsville Municipal Office during regular hours of operation between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

The by-law will also be posted on the Town’s website as part of the Council agenda package, www.kingsville.ca
