The budget also accounts for additional frontline resources in Public Works, Parks and Recreation, Environmental Services, and Customer Service Support, to address the expanding service needs of our growing municipality.

“This budget prioritizes investment in the school property, facilities and infrastructure,” said Kingsville Mayor, Dennis Rogers. “It lays out a foundation for a long-term financial strategy that will provide us with tools to shape our community’s collective vision.”

The Kingsville Municipal tax increase is $87.51 on a home assessed at $250,000 (MPAC value)which is the average home in Kingsville.

“I want to thank Council and Administration – particularly Director McLeod’s finance team, for putting forward a well-thought-out budget that considers the challenges we’re facing today, and into the future,” said Kingsville’s Chief Administrative Officer, John Norton.

The final budget will be posted on the Town’s website in the coming weeks.
