Two Arrested in Break and Enter in Kingsville

(KINGSVILLE, ON) – On December 18, 2022, at approximately 7:18 a.m., the Leamington and Kingsville Detachments of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break and enter at a business in the 2000 block of Albuna Townline Road, Town of Kingsville.

Officers arrived in the area and located two individuals. As a result of the investigation the two individuals were arrested.

46-year-old Richard William HUMPHREY of Essex was charged with the following offences:

·        Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence S.348(1)(b)

·        Possession Break In Instruments S.351(1)

·        Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon at Unauthorized Place S.93(a) (Two Counts)

·        Carrying concealed weapon.S.90

 

55-year-old Marc Ross QUICK of Leamington was charged with the following offence

·        Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence S.348(1)(b)

 

The accused are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor at a later date.
