The Town of Kingsville is having a “Christmas ribbon-cutting Ceremony” for our new living Carnegie Christmas Tree. Join us on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, for live holiday music and hot chocolate from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm, with the ribbon cutting happening at 4:30 pm. Kids can bring their letters for Santa, and everyone can browse the Arts Society of Kingsville (ASK) art exhibits in the Carnegie. Come early to shop and stay late to dine in our BIA district.
The tree was originally across the street near the Jack Miner statue, but due to overcrowding, it was recommended we relocate the tree to the Carnegie to give it a better chance to thrive.
This new living Christmas tree offers us a more sustainable option to celebrate Christmas in our downtown core and will grow with our community each year. We thank the Rotary Club of Kingsville Southshore for generously donating costs associated with the move.
