Schmidt, Randall

70 years, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Windsor Regional Hospital – Ouellette Campus. Beloved husband of Bonnie (nee Dickhout) Schmidt for 38 years.

Dear father of Tiffany (Jason) Laramie, Melissa Schmidt, Josh (Elen) Schmidt and Carrie (James Lawrence) Schmidt. Cherished grandfather of Thea, Sophie, Vincent, Destinee, Matilda, Madelaine, Ella, Noah, Bailey and Avery.

Predeceased by his parents Nick and Susie (nee Dick) Schmidt. Brother of Larry (Sue) Schmidt, Barb (late Frank) Van Grinsven and Jim (Jackie) Schmidt. Randy will also be dearly missed by his mother-in -law Vera and the late Ted Dickhout, Brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill (Cheryl), Joe (Daphne), Ben, Andrew and Tom (Mandy) Dickhout.

Randy will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews and friends. Randy retired from the H.J. Heinz Company after 40 years of service.

A Celebration of Randy’s Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Kendrick Funeral Home – Kingsville Celebration Centre (519-733-4111).
