We don’t yet have eligibility information for 5-11 year olds on hand. But here’s what we know for older age groups.

First Dose:
Anyone over the age of 12.

Second Dose:
Anyone over the age of 12 if more than 21 days have passed since they’ve had a Pfizer vaccine or 28 days after they’ve had a Moderna vaccine.

Third Dose:
Anyone 12 years or older who is significantly immunocompromised, and more than 56 days have passed since their second dose.

First Booster Dose:
Anyone 18 or older if it has been 84 days since their second dose OR anyone 12-17 years old if more than 168 days have passed since their second dose.

Second Booster Dose:
Anyone 60 or older if more than 140 days have passed since their third dose.
