TAKE NOTICE that Council of The Corporation of the Town of Kingsville will hold a Special Closed Session Meeting pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 on Thursday, March 3, 2022 commencing at 6:00 PM.
The purpose of the meeting is to enter into Closed Session to consider a matter under Subsection 239(2)(b) [personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees] and Subsection 239(2)(d) [labour relations or employee negotiations] being a personnel matter, re: CAO John Norton, Annual Performance Review.
