Fred Frias

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Fernando de Frias “Uncle Fred” on October 17, 2021, at the age of 79 years. He will be embraced in Heaven by his beloved Rose (1970). Loving brother to Gilda (late Jamie), Tony (Maria) and Paul (Carol), predeceased by Joe, Margaret (John), and Frank.

Fred will be missed by in-laws Annie and Margaret. Most loved and respected Uncle Fred to many nieces, nephews, and youth at C.O.R Retreats, where he contributed many years of service.

Uncle Fred volunteered at Franklin Gardens, and operated St. Vincent de Paul Society in Kingsville for many years. He was a man of great faith and service to the Lord. He attended to his beautiful rose gardens in his Rose’s memory.

Visitation will take place at Kendrick Funeral Home (91 Division St S Kingsville), Thursday October 21, 2021, from 4-8 pm with prayers at 7pm. Masks and COVID screening are mandatory for all who enter the funeral home.

Mass of Christian burial will take place Friday, October 22, 2021, at 11 am at St. John de Brebeuf Catholic Church. Please reserve for mass online at www.Kendrickfuneralhome.com as numbers are limited.

Memorial donations in Fred’s honour may be made to St John de Brebeuf Catholic Church.
