Notice: Planning Items for Consideration at July 12 Council Meeting

Council will consider the following applications at its Monday, July 12, 2021, meeting. The meeting begins at 6:00 pm via Zoom.

SPA / 19 / 2021: A revised site plan proposal for the six-storey apartment dwellings on lands to the rear of 200 Main Street East. The new proposal increases parking, removes the underground parking, and slightly reduces the building footprint. The amendment also includes an additional connection off Woodycrest to provide a secondary access point to the highschool lands being developed in the future.

SPA / 15 / 2021: A site plan approval for a ground-mounted sign at 200 Main Street East to be located in the property’s southwest corner.

B/07/21 & ZBA/02/21: A zoning by-law amendment and consent application to create three identical new residential lots on County Road 34 West.

ZBA/11/21: A zoning by-law amendment that would see a former gravel pit on the south side of Road 5 East, west of County Road 31, returned to farm use and zoned standard agriculture.

ZBA/12/21: A zoning by-law amendment to zone a property on the south side of Road 3 E, between County Road 34 and County Road 31 to coincide with the official plan and permit the current use of agri-shipping.

ZBA/03/21: A zoning by-law amendment that would permit the conversion of an existing building and construction of an addition to serve as a secondary dwelling unit on the property at 20 Cameron Side Road West.
