This four‑day outdoor painting competition welcomes artists from across North America to capture the beauty of Kingsville’s historic architecture, charming farms, lakeside vistas, beaches, and scenic landscapes.

Is the registration cost just for the painters who are entering the contest? or is it for anybody attending the event to view/buy paintings and other things? The article isn’t clear on this. Maybe I’m remembering wrong, but I don’t remember the general public paying to attend this event to view paintings and buy things for sale.
