
A driver has been charged following a traffic stop in Kingsville.
At approximately 7:45 a.m. on March 6, 2026, members of the OPP conducted a traffic stop on County Road 20, in Kingsville.
A 36 year old male resident of Leamington has been charged with the following Highway Traffic Act and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act offences:
- Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt – Excessive Speed
- Owner Operate a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on May 25. 2026, to answer to the charges.
The driver’s license has been suspended for 30 days, and the vehicle has been impounded for 14 days.
