Tecumseh OPP are currently investigating the theft of a significant historical artifact from a property located in the 12000 block of Tecumseh Road in the Town of Tecumseh.

Sometime between November 6th and November 8th a cross was stolen from the property.

This cross holds substantial historical value as it is the original cross from Ste. Anne’s Church, dating back to 1891.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding this theft, the current whereabouts of the cross, or any suspicious activity observed in the area to contact the Tecumseh OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
