The Town of Kingsville is collecting public feedback on the draft Short Term Rental (STR) By-law. The comments submitted will help inform changes to the Draft By-law before it is presented to Council.

Initially, Administration intended to present the  Draft By-law to Council for consideration at the October 28, 2024, Regular Meeting of Council.

Administration has decided to extend the public input timeline to allow the public more time to provide feedback and will instead present the Draft By-law at the November 4, 2024, Regular Meeting of Council.
