At the Leamington Council meeting held Tuesday, January 9, 2024, Council:

• Authorized Administration to enter into an agreement for the purchase and implementation of a Human Resource Information System solution with ADP Inc.

• Contributed $55,000 to the South Essex Arts Association for the delivery of four Mill Street Markets in 2024.

• Appointed municipal Drainage Scheme Commissioners and established annual fees for the Municipal Drainage Schemes.

• Assumed the municipal services installed in the Destiny Estates Subdivision Phase 2 and Phase 3.

• Supported a resolution from Tay Township advocating changes to the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002.

• Appointed members to the Leamington Accessibility Committee for a term consistent with the 2022-2026 Council term.
