Experts agree that the greatest benefit of gymnastics training is the development of power, balance, agility and grace. Since 1976, Rose City Gymnastics has been helping our area youth to develop these skills as well as the confidence to compete with other gymnasts at local meets.

Last weekend, this confidence was on full show when 14 area athletes travelled to Burlington, Ontario to compete at their second Gymnastics Qualifier Competition. The event ran from Friday, March 18 to Sunday, March 20.

These athletes came from across Windsor and Essex County, including Amherstburg, Lasalle and Belle River.

Out of these qualifiers, the top 32 athletes are selected to represent their Club at the Ontario Championships that are being held in Ottawa the week of May 19 – 22, 2022.

Rose City Gymnastics is registered as a non-profit organization. Our facility started out as a small gathering of athletes coached by a few dedicated coaches in a small space. Today, our gymnastics facility is Windsor’s largest with 23,500 square feet of room to learn and play.
Rose City continues to be the only non-profit gymnastics organization in the Windsor/Essex county region with approximately 1,500 active members each year. We take pride in striving to offer the best programs for our communities children.
