At the February 28, 2022 Council meeting, Council:
• Approved the site plan application for a new office building with parking on Division Road North, near the Dairy Queen and new Tim Hortons
• Approved the Timbercreek Estates Block 29 proposal, which conveys a portion of land to the Town as a parkland / greenway connection.
• Discussed the Cottam Woods Storm sewer project options
• Discussed the possibility of adding dedicated bike lanes on both sides of Division Street North from Water to Palmer, agreeing to deliberate at future Council meetings.
