The Community Support Centre of Essex County (CSC) is hosting The Women’s Health Fair, delivered in collaboration with community partners, that will provide essential health services, education, and interactive demonstrations directly to the community.
The event will take place at the Community Support Centre of Essex County, 4-962 Old Tecumseh Rd., Belle River, ON, Friday, March 27, 2026 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Prizes, health vendors, free education, screenings and same-day mammography will be available.
This free community event is designed to make women’s health care more accessible, practical and empowering. Attendees will have access to:
- On-site health demonstrations
- Dietitian-led educational workshops
- Cooking on a budget session
- Mental health resources and supports
- Breast screening services
- Same-day mammography appointments
- Parking on-site
A shuttle service will be avsilable to transport participants to Belle River Diagnostic Imaging for same-day mammography, helping remove transportation barriers and reduce wait times for screening.
“Our goal is simple,” said Tracey Bailey, CEO of the Community Support Centre of Essex County and Mayor of Lakeshore. “We want to remove barriers and make it easier for women to access the care, education and supports they need — all in one place.”
The Women’s Health Fair reflects CSC’s continued commitment to preventative care, early detection and community-based wellness. By partnering local health providers, the event brings together physical health, mental health and practical daily living supports under one roof.
Women of all ages are encouraged to attend. Advance registration is recommended for mammography appointments.
