
The Committee of Adjustment and Appeals will review the following applications at its March 17, 2026 meeting:
1. 1422 Road 3 East & 1450 Road 3 East: An application for consent for a lot-line adjustment. The applicants are proposing to sever a portion from 1422 Road 3 East to be added to 1450 Road 3 East. B-2026-1
2. 400 County Road 34 West: An application for a minor variance. The applicant is requesting relief from the zoning by-law to construct a porch and an accessible ramp. A-2026-1
3. 833 Cedar Island Lane: An application for a minor variance. The applicant is requesting relief from the zoning by-law to demolish and reconstruct a single-detached dwelling with an increase to its floor area. A-2026-2
