Hi … I’m Micci. I’m a soft, sensitive girl with a big heart — but I need a little time before I show it. I used to live with another male cat, and we just didn’t see eye to eye. It turns out I’d much rather be the queen of my castle. Because of that, I’m looking for a home where I can be your one and only feline.

I’ll be honest — I can be shy when I’m unsure. If you walk toward me too quickly, I might scurry away. It’s not personal! I just like to approach life at my own pace. Once I feel safe, though? I’m friendly, gentle, and quietly affectionate.

I don’t enjoy being picked up (I will dramatically cling to whatever surface I’m on and protest with heartfelt meows) and laps aren’t really my thing. But pets? Yes please — when I ask for them. I’ll let you know when I’ve had enough by simply wandering off to recharge. I’m an independent lady like that.

I love to play — especially with string toys! Watching that little piece of string move around? Pure joy. One of the sweetest things about me? When I’m feeling comfortable and relaxed, I love to give little kisses. It’s my quiet way of saying, “You’re my person.”

I would do best in a calm, patient home with someone who understands that love doesn’t always look like being held or sitting on laps. Sometimes love looks like slow blinks, gentle kisses, and choosing to sit nearby because I trust you.
