March 2 – May 1 | FREE tax return filing for those with:
- Modest household income
- Simple tax situation
In-Person Appointment – Call SECC to book in Leamington or Kingsville and have your taxes done while you wait.
OR
Drop-Off Service – Pick up a tax package, complete the forms, and return them with required documents. You’ll receive a call when your return is ready for pickup.

Forms Completion Clinic
SECC is now offering a Forms Completion Clinic to help community members with paperwork and applications. Volunteers are available every Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and walk-ins are welcome.
Help with:
- Social benefits (CPP, OAS, EI)
- Medical benefits (CDCP)
- Identity documents
- Memberships and subscriptions
- Email and online accounts
- Government forms
