Collision Leads To Impaired Charges For Kingsville Resident

A driver has been charged following a collision in Kingsville.

At approximately 3:32 p.m. on March 21, 2026, members of the OPP investigated a single motor vehicle collision on Jasperson Drive near Main Street East in Kingsville.

A 30 year old male resident of Kingsville was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Failure to stop after accident
  • Dangerous operation

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on April 28, 2026, to answer to the charges.

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated.
