
At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, February 10, 2026, Council will:
- Hold a Public Meeting under the Planning Act to consider:
- A Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) application at 421 Highway 77 to permit a small boarding house for a three-year period, and
- A ZBA application at 931-929 Mersea Road 1 to rezone the land for future development of a subdivision.
- Consider an application for a Proposed Plan of Condominium at 171 Robson Road to create 12 condominium units and common areas.
- Consider accepting the installed municipal services in the Keepsake Subdivision and amending the Municipality’s Traffic By-law to include traffic controls in that subdivision.
- Consider a report regarding amendments to the On-Call Pay Policy.
- Consider authorizing the Leamington and District Half Century Club as a 2026 Municipal Community Partner and consider approving funding in the amount of $24,000 in 2026.
