One person has been charged following a traffic stop in Kingsville.

On January 22, 2026, at approximately 12:28 a.m., members of the OPP conducted a vehicle stop on County Road 29 near Road 3 in the Town of Kingsville.

A 29 year old resident of Harrow was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offence:

• Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on March 6, 2026, to answer to the charges.
