Stubbings, Catherine “Anne” (nee Grier)

February 13, 1956 ~ December 29, 2025

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Catherine Anne Stubbings on December 29, 2025, at the age of 69 years. She was born in Scotland to her parents, the late James and Catherine Grier. Reunited with her husband, Dennis Rice (2025).

Loving mother of Matthew Stubbings and his wife, Vanessa. Dear Grandma of Callum and Charlotte. Sister of James and Margaret. Anne will be lovingly remembered by her extended family and friends.

In following Anne’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Kendrick Funeral Home, Kingsville.

Anne spent many years helping to foster homeless animals with Home Again Bancroft. In her memory, please consider making a donation to this volunteer-run, federally registered animal rescue charity that rehomes surrendered and stray animals.
