I would like to exchange my large Blue box for a smaller version. What is the process for making an exchange?
This is my second email message seeking direction.

Daryl — who exactly do you think is going to answer your question? The person that posted this press release? Contact the company ya donkey.

  4. I understand all recycle goes in the one bin. The bin items now go to a separating center.

  5. Frank Gavigan

If i have to much recycling, can I use the old bins for bottles and cans?

  6. Diane Guilbault

I live in an apt bldg, do I still have to sort the recyclables? Has our pick up times changed?

  7. Daryl Howell

I know we use the big bins but can we still use small ones that we use for boxes.

    • Tracey MacPherson

According to the pamphlet that came with the bins, the answer is no. Anything that doesn’t fit in the new bin, with the lid fully closed, has to wait until the next recycling day.
