Vehicle In Ditch Leads To Impaired Charges In Kingsville

One person has been charged following a collision in Kingsville.

On October 26, 2025, at approximately 2:03 a.m., members of the OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision on County Road 20 near the McCain Side Road in Kingsville.

A 19 year old male of Kingsville was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Windsor on November 7, 2025, to answer to the charges.
