    • Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) No. 358, to rezone the properties of 20, 24, 26, and 28 Foster Avenue from Commercial to a site-specific Commercial General Zone to permit the development of a 3-storey commercial building and a 5-storey residential building.
    • ZBA Application No. 357 to change the zoning of 1309 Mersea Road 5 to permit an off-site farm worker dwelling.
    • ZBA No. 347, to rezone 923 Mersea Road 4 from Agricultural Residential Zone to an Agricultural Residential Zone to permit two off-site farm worker dwellings.

  • As a result of the Provincial announcement to invest $41 million in the upgrade of water and irrigation systems in the Municipality, consider a new position of Project Manager to support the Manager of Engineering Services.
  • Consider a Sister/Twin/Friendship City Policy that will outline the parameters of a municipal sister/twin/friendship program for any future requests.
