One person has been charged following a traffic complaint in Kingsville.

On October 13, 2025, at approximately 8:18 p.m., members of the OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 3, just east of Arner (Cr-23) in Kingsville.

A 54 year old female of Windsor was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

• Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
• Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on October 28, 2025 to answer to the charges.
