At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, September 23, 2025, Council will:

• Hold a Court of Revision for the following Drainage matters:
  • New access bridge over the South Dales Drain – 9th Concession Branch for parcel identified by Roll Number 770-01600.
  • Two (2) new access bridges over the 10th Concession Road Drain East for parcel Roll Number 810-01500.

• Hold a Public Meeting under the Planning Act to consider a Zoning By-law Amendment to remove the holding from the zoning of 305 Erie Street North and rezone the affected lands from a Commercial Industrial Zone to a site-specific Commercial Industrial Zone allowing the conversion of an existing building to be used as an On-Site Farm Worker Dwelling.

• Hold a Public Meeting for Finance to consider approving property tax adjustments for five (5) properties that have had houses, buildings, or other structures demolished.

• Consider approving the 2026 Fee Schedule for Municipal Services.

• Consider awarding the Northeast Trunk Sewer and Seacliff Drive reconstruction Phases 2-4 project to Sterling Ridge Infrastructure Inc. in the amount of $ 9,376,933.20 (plus applicable taxes).

• Consider an advertising agreement with the Leamington Flyers organization for the Highbury and Unico Arenas for a 3-year term for $25,000 (plus HST) per year.

• Consider awarding contract for the demolition of the former Leamington District Secondary School to Ltd. in the amount of $822,777.00 (excluding HST) and consider authorizing the project to construct a chimney swift habitat to be tendered.
• Consider adopting the Engineer’s Report for the Changes in Assessments to the Robert Anderson and Enns Drains for parcel 720-04500 pursuant to Section 65 (3 and 4) of the Drainage Act.
• Consider approving the revised Medical Tiered Response Agreement, coordinated by the County of Essex through Essex–Windsor Emergency Medical Services.
