On September 13, 2025, at approximately 5:30 a.m., members from the Kingsville OPP detachment responded to a report of a Break and Enter to a business in the 100 block of Division Street South in Kingsville.

Police attended the business and located an individual nearby.

As a result, a 32 year old male resident of Kingsville, was arrested and charged with:

• Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence
• Possession Break In Instruments
• Fail to Comply with Probation Order

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on October 30, 2025.
