The Committee of Adjustment and Appeals will review the following applications at its August 19, 2025, meeting:
- 3039 McCain Side Road: An application for minor variance. The applicants are proposing to construct an additional dwelling unit (ADU) in the front-yard, which is not permitted in the by-law and is therefore requesting relief. A-2025-05
- 3695 County Road 31 (Albuna Townline): An application for minor variance. The applicant is proposing to construct an additional dwelling unit (ADU) with a greater floor area & setback from the existing house than is permitted in the by-law. In addition, a separate driveway is proposed. Therefore, relief is being requested. A-2025-06
- 175 Wigle Avenue: An application for minor variance. The applicant is proposing to construct unenclosed & raised decks for certain lots in an approved & undeveloped subdivision. The proposed decks exceed the height & rear yard setback required in the by-law. Therefore, relief is being requested. A-2025-07
- 1465 Heritage Road (County Road 50): An application for minor variance. The applicant is proposing to construct unenclosed & raised decks for certain lots in an approved & undeveloped subdivision. The proposed decks exceed the height & rear yard setback required in the by-law. Therefore, relief is being requested. B-2025-10 & A-2025-04
