In June, Invest WindsorEssex (IWE) hosted two successful Battery Boost Job Days in the Town of Essex and the Town of LaSalle.
These events promoted upskilling and entry-level career opportunities in the fast-growing EV battery manufacturing sector through the Battery Boost Technical Training Program and industry-recognized Micro-credential training.
Attendees were also introduced to EVCareers.ca, a hub for EV-related jobs.
