Walk for a Chance to Win during Recreation and Parks Month

Every year, communities across Ontario celebrate June as Recreation and Parks Month (JRPM). Kingsville encourages people to get out and walk our local trails and parks, play at the parks, explore our beaches, and connect.

Walk for a chance to win!

Each Wednesday in June, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Town staff will be posted at the following walk locations:

  • June 5, 2024, 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Downtown Art Walk (40 Main Street West)
  • June 12, 2024, 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Lakeside Park Nature Walk (315 Queen Street)
  • June 19, 2024, 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Jack Miner Migratory Bird Sanctuary’s Kennedy Woods (252 Road 3 West)
  • June 26, 2024, 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Meditation Trail (Chrysler Canada Greenway, Kingsville Train Station Community Entrance, 169 Lansdowne Avenue)

Enjoy your self directed walk and pick up your raffle ticket from staff when you’re done for a chance to win a $200 local gift certificate. One raffle ticket per evening per visitor; the winner must be able to come in person to confirm their name and pick up their prize.

See our online Community Calendar for other great JRPM activities.
