Item for Review at June 18 Committee of Adjustment and Appeals

The Committee of Adjustment and Appeals will review the following application at its June 18, 2024 meeting:

4213 Graham Side Road: An application for minor variance. This applicant is proposing to build a detached storage garage with a height of 7.28 m (23.9 ft.), where Kingsville’s Zoning By-law 1-2014 permits a maximum height of 5 m (16.4 ft.) for accessory structures. A-2024-5
