Searchers have located the body of a swimmer missing on Lake St. Clair.

On May 26, 2024, at approximately 8 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Underwater Search and Recovery Unit (USRU) found the remains of a 28-year-old St. Clair, Michigan man.

The individual had been missing since May 25, 2024, after jumping into the water from a pontoon boat and failing to resurface.
