Kingsville’s Water Meter Upgrade project continues in 2024. With the implementation of Automated Metering Infrastructure, we’ll see several benefits, including improved operational efficiency, revenue protection, enhanced customer service, and a better distribution system performance. There are also societal and environmental benefits.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Currently, Neptune Technology Group is rolling out the initial contact letters with booking instructions in the KS 10, KS 11 KS 14 and KS 16 territories on the map. Roughly between Jasperson Drive, Division Road North and Main Street East, McCallum Street and Woodycrest Avenue.
If you live or own property in these areas, you should receive a letter with booking instructions soon. To book an appointment, please follow the steps outlined in your letter.
Please note, Neptune is only booking appointments for meters located inside the home. However, you may see Neptune Technicians near your property performing this work if there is a pit meter outside your property.
Every authorized Neptune technician carries identification, including name, picture, and ID number, and is uniformed.
